Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth securely inside the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
